Patient Relations & Grievance Handling
Serve as the first point of contact for non-clinical inquiries, patient guidance, and hospital tours.
Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns empathetically and promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Facilitate smooth communication between patients, doctors, and nursing staff during admissions, treatments, and discharges
Pay: ₹11,589.09 - ₹40,958.09 per month
