Responsibilities:
Generate B2C leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Conduct customer meetings, product demos, and explain features, pricing, and financing options.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closure, and documentation.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Build solid customer relationships, ensure smooth order execution, and drive repeat business/referrals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C/Direct/Field Sales.
Bike mandatory for territory travel.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and target-driven mindset.
Self-motivated, comfortable with extensive field visits.
Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
