Mechanical Design Engineer

Location : Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience Required : *Minimum 2 years

Educational Qualification : Diploma / BE in Mechanical

Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical product development from concept to final design and validation.
Develop detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Perform and/or coordinate CFD simulations using ANSYS Fluent for flow, pressure, thermal, and related performance analysis.
Perform and/or coordinate FEA using ANSYS Mechanical for stress, deformation, thermal analysis, and safety-factor assessment.
Carry out engineering calculations related to mechanical design, fluid flow, heat transfer, thermal performance, and structural integrity.
Optimize designs based on performance, cost, manufacturability, structural requirements, and thermal requirements.




Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes based on product requirements.
Develop and validate designs through simulation, prototyping, testing, and performance evaluation.
Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and design modifications.
Prepare technical reports, simulation reports, design documentation, engineering specifications, and test documentation.
Interpret simulation results and recommend appropriate design improvements.
Coordinate with manufacturing, testing, quality, procurement, and other engineering teams during product development.
Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, drawing practices, and company requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
