About The Role

The Prime Step is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer who can train students and professionals in practical, industry-relevant digital marketing skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical and engaging digital marketing training sessions.
Teach SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Train students on tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and AI marketing tools.
Conduct workshops, assignments, case studies, and practical activities.
Keep course content updated according to current industry trends.
Guide students with projects, portfolios, interview preparation, and career development.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.




Maintain a positive and interactive classroom setting.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and its latest trends.
Practical experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, and Analytics.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners.
Strong teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI tools for digital marketing will be an advantage.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Training, or both.
Freshers with solid practical digital marketing knowledge may also be considered.
