We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager with solid expertise in interior finishing works for large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all interior finishing activities at site.
Coordinate execution of flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, joinery, and other finishing works.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and project schedules.
Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely completion.
Maintain progress reports and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Candidate Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent.
10+ years of relevant experience in interior finishing works.
Solid experience in residential/commercial interior finishing projects.
Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Solid leadership, coordination, and site management skills.
Experience in large-scale projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
