Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Machine Operator to operate production machinery efficiently, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines as per SOPs.
Set up machines and adjust operating parameters when required.
Ensure proper production output and product quality.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Identify machine issues and report breakdowns to the supervisor/maintenance team.
Follow safety, hygiene, and production guidelines.
Maintain production records and machine-related logs.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
Keep the work area clean and organized.




Follow company policies and instructions from the Production Supervisor.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of production machinery and operations.
Ability to identify basic machine problems.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Education

ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant machine-operation experience.
