Leadership and Team Management
Hire, train, and supervise recent and used car sales managers and floor staff.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance coaching.
Monitor individual productivity and track key metrics
Financial and Sales Planning
Project annual and monthly targets for unit sales, gross profits, and operating expenses.
Collaborate with finance (F&I;) teams to secure deal structures and financing.
Review daily operating controls and financial statements to ensure profitabilit.
Customer Relations and Compliance
Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure high retention rates.
Maintain robust relationships with manufacturer reps and lending partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
