Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring paid digital campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics on a regular basis.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, targeting, segmentation, and retargeting.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
Track leads and conversions and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.

Requirements
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Media.
Robust practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and data-driven approach.
Experience in managing advertising budgets and achieving performance targets.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools will be an advantage.
Solid communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
