Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals regularly.
Promote and demonstrate medical device products to customers.
Generate new leads and develop existing customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic product information.
Maintain regular customer and field-visit records.
Monitor market activities and competitor information.
Coordinate with the Manager and internal teams for customer requirements.
Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports.
Follow company policies, reporting procedures, and sales processes.
Requirements
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
0–2 years of experience in field sales; freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, dental products, or pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM applications is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with field-based sales work.
Education
Any Graduate – preferably from a relevant sales, healthcare, life-science, or business background.
Note: This is a field sales position. Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
