About the Role
ZANA Luxury Escape – Jim Corbett is looking for a hardworking and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and hotel areas while ensuring a comfortable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.
Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained as per hotel standards.
Replenish room amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas as assigned.
Follow proper cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the concerned supervisor.
Handle guest requests courteously and coordinate with other departments when required.
Maintain proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
Ensure adherence to grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a hotel/resort housekeeping department will be preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Adaptable to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Local candidates from Jim Corbett/Ramnagar and nearby areas will be preferred.
