HR Executive

Location: Puducherry

Experience: 3–5 Years (Contractor-based company)

Working Days: 6 Days/week

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

The candidate should have robust communication skills and hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

● Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

● Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers.

● Manage salary discussions, offers, and candidate follow-ups until joining.

● Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates.

HR Operations

● Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.





● Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives.

● Assist with exit formalities and HR reports/MIS.

Eligibility

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Recruitment & Operations.

● MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

● Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

● Positive knowledge of MS Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
