We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our airport store team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with professionalism and elegance.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist domestic & international passengers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Provide product knowledge including material, care instructions & styling advice
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Ensure display hygiene and product organization
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
Assist in stock counting and inventory management
Follow airport retail compliance & security protocols
Maintain well-groomed appearance as per brand standards
Deliver luxury-level customer service experience
Build repeat customer relationships where possible
Working Hours & Shifts
8 hours per day
Store operational 24 hours
3 rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
1 weekly off (except Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Compensation Structure

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience (jewellery/fashion/luxury preferred)
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Tamil preferred)
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shift)
Presentable personality with solid interpersonal skills
Ability to handle international customers confidently
