Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Head to lead business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies.
Identify and build strategic partnerships with aviation, education, and corporate organisations.
Drive recent business opportunities, student acquisition, and revenue growth.
Lead sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
Analyse market trends and identify current opportunities for the institute.
Build and manage key client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.

Eligibility:
3+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategy, Sales, or related roles.
Prior experience working with a reputed MNC/corporate organisation is preferred.
Candidates from IIT/IIM or other premier institutes will have an added advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in aviation, education, or training industry will be an advantage.
