We’re Hiring: Social Media Cum Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Cum Content Creator with 2+ years of experience who understands how to create engaging, human-first content and manage social media platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Create original, human-written scripts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and other social content
Develop engaging content ideas, hooks, captions, and storytelling concepts
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
Post and schedule content across platforms
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content prospects
Coordinate with designers/video editors for content production
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
Help grow followers, reach, engagement, and overall brand presence organically

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong scriptwriting and content-writing skills
Ability to write natural, relatable, human-sounding content
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts & YouTube
Solid knowledge of social media trends and audience behaviour
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
Basic understanding of social media analytics and account growth
Good communication and time-management skills
