Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Process Engineer for the Quality Department who will be responsible for monitoring injection moulding processes, identifying process-related quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control Injection Moulding processes and parameters.
Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards, drawings and specifications.
Identify and analyze defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, flow marks, weld lines, black spots, etc.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process and quality-related problems.
Implement CAPA / corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Maintenance and Quality teams for resolving process issues.
Monitor mould trials, process setting and parameter validation.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, rejection reports and process records.
Ensure first-piece approval / line clearance and process compliance.




Monitor rejection, rework and process deviations and take necessary corrective action.
Support recent mould/product development and process validation.
Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to SOP, Work Instructions and Quality Standards.
Maintain proper documentation related to quality and process improvement.

Required Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Plastic / Production / Polymer Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Injection Moulding Process & Quality.
Good knowledge of plastic materials, moulds, injection moulding machines and process parameters.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, RCA and CAPA.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in automotive / home appliance / LG vendor manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
