Operations Intern – MICE

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern – MICE to support our team in planning and executing corporate events, group travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating MICE events and group travel requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
Support bookings, confirmations, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing itineraries, proposals, presentations, and operational documents.
Maintain booking details, vendor information, and operational trackers.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams for timely execution.




Support pre-event and on-ground coordination when required.
Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:
Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest or basic understanding of MICE, events, or travel will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
