Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive ad spend.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.




1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and analyzing campaign performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.

Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign metrics and sharing actionable insights with internal teams and clients

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
