Job Overview:
Mangla Rubber Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to manage relationships with existing customers and ensure smooth coordination regarding orders and dispatches.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries related to orders and dispatches.
Provide customers with timely updates regarding dispatch status.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries.
Prepare and maintain customer and dispatch-related reports.
Follow up with customers to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Prior experience in customer handling or business development will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
