Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil Engineering/ Any Graduation Experience: 15–20 Years
Industry Experience: Road Infrastructure / Highways / Toll Roads / BOT / BOOT / HAM / Infrastructure Operations
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Toll Operations to take overall responsibility for the smooth, effective, and commercially effective operations of assigned road infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Take overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of all assigned road infrastructure sites.
Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to operational standards, safety requirements, processes, and company policies.
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimisation across sites.
Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective actions and resolution of critical site issues.
Regularly review site performance, challenges, and operational KPIs with respective teams.




Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and identify areas requiring management intervention.
Ensure sites have adequate resources, systems, processes, and support to achieve operational objectives.
Revenue & Commercial Performance
Take ownership of revenue performance across all assigned sites.
Monitor site-wise revenue, collections, traffic/revenue trends, leakages, and other key commercial parameters.
Analyse performance against budgets, targets, and historical trends.
Identify prospects to improve revenue and minimise revenue leakage.
Stakeholder & Government Relations
Develop and maintain strong skilled relationships with local authorities, government departments, municipal bodies, police, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Represent the organisation in meetings and discussions relating to operational and site matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile
15–20 years of overall experience with significant experience in infrastructure operations.
