Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting records and daily data entries
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare invoices, payment entries & receipts
Maintain day-to-day records and document filing
Process accounting entries from Purchase Order to Dispatch
Maintain records accurately in Tally ERP
Handle emails and routine office accounting work
Prepare and maintain customer & vendor ledgers
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
Maintain purchase and sales registers
Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
Maintain stock-related accounting records
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents
Support month-end accounting and reporting activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
