Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and uphold the exceptional standards Casaro Creamery & Craft Meat is known for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service or retail management, a passion for artisanal products, and a hands-on leadership style.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management
Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail and kitchen staff to deliver top-tier customer service
Manage product presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the store
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock




Implement and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
Track sales metrics and assist in hitting store performance goals
Collaborate with ownership on product selections, seasonal offerings, and local events

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a management role in retail, food service, or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for quality food and artisan products
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems and basic business software
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and versatile shifts as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
