Handle sales of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewelry products.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and follow up with customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and service-related requirements professionally.
Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewelry products.
Inform customers about recent collections, offers, schemes, and promotional activities.
Follow company policies, security procedures, and jewelry handling guidelines.
