Concept Development & Design
Develop creative and functional design concepts for commercial interior spaces.
Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, brand identity, and budget constraints.
Client Coordination
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback.
Provide design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.
Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and BOQs.
Assist in material selection and specification documentation.
Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors
Support site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings.
Assist in resolving in office design challenges.
Industry & Market Awareness
Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Research creative materials and cost-effective solutions.
