Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and guest-oriented Bar Associate to support the smooth operation of the bar by providing efficient beverage service, maintaining bar standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, juices, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
Assist the Bartender/Mixologist with daily bar operations and mise-en-place.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service areas.
Ensure proper setup of glassware, bar equipment, garnishes, mixers, and supplies.
Take guest orders and provide courteous and effective beverage service.
Maintain adequate stock and assist with inventory, requisition, and stock rotation.
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage cost-control procedures.




Handle bar equipment safely and report any maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
Assist during events, banquets, and peak service periods.
Maintain skilled grooming and a positive attitude at all times.

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality establishment.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hotel or pre-opening experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
