We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day data entry and system operations using ERPNext. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting departmental processes, and ensuring smooth ERP operations across modules like Inventory, Production.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in ERPNext accurately and on time.
Handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Maintain inventory records, stock entries, and material transfers.
Coordinate with departments to collect required information.
Maintain confidentiality and data security within the ERP system.
Perform basic computer operations like MS Excel.
Skills & Requirements
Graduation or Diploma
Positive knowledge of data entry and computer.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Experience
0–2 years experience in ERP data entry or computer operator role
Freshers with ERPNext knowledge can also apply
