IosAndWeb Technologies is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to generate leads and acquire IT projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities
Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
Write customized and compelling proposals.
Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and follow up.
Convert leads into projects and build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the development/design team for project estimates.
Maintain lead, proposal, and conversion records.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Upwork bidding or IT business development.
Proven experience generating leads and converting projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, SEO, and Digital Marketing.




Knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and client acquisition.
Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
