We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities as per the production schedule.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time, quality, and cost parameters.
Allocate manpower and machines effectively across production activities.
Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks, breakdowns, and operational issues.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, work instructions, and production processes.
Maintain production records, reports, and other required documentation.
Monitor raw material and consumable usage and minimize material wastage.




Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other productivity-improvement practices where applicable.
Investigate production-related problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
Train, guide, and supervise production operators and workers.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and control production costs.

Educational Qualification

B.E (with Relevant manufacturing experience will be considered.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
