Key Responsibilities
Assembly Line Operations: Work on electronics manufacturing and assembly lines following established company procedures.
Component Handling: Carefully assemble, inspect, and handle electronic parts, components, and finished products.
Equipment Operation: Operate basic production tools, equipment, and machinery as trained.
Quality & SOP Adherence: Perform regular quality checks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure zero-defect production.
Target Management: Achieve daily production, efficiency, and quality targets set by supervisors.
Safety & Workplace Standards:
Maintain workplace cleanliness, strictly adhere to safety regulations, and follow team leader instructions.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18 to 35 years
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Any Graduate, or Post Graduate
Work Preference: Willingness to work in a high-volume manufacturing assembly line environment
Location Preference: Willing to relocate or reside in Hosur, Tamil Nadu
