Hamraj Forex is a leading player in the financial services sector, providing reliable and customer-focused solutions in the foreign exchange domain. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreign Exchange Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day foreign exchange operations, including buying and selling of currencies.
Process forex transactions efficiently and accurately in compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.
Interact with walk-in clients, explain forex products and services, and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor currency trends and rates to provide timely information to clients.
Maintain transaction records and assist with documentation for regulatory compliance.
Assist in cross-selling financial products like travel cards, remittance services, and insurance.
Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in foreign exchange or forex-related operations is mandatory.
Positive understanding of foreign currency, forex instruments, and regulatory guidelines (RBI, FEMA).
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
Proficient in MS Office and basic financial software.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
