WIZMONK is looking for energetic and ambitious MBA Freshers to join our Sales & Marketing team.
This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and digital marketing while gaining hands-on exposure to Indian and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Support sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Assist with market research and marketing activities.
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Work toward assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
Interest in sales, digital marketing, and technology services.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Target-oriented and comfortable interacting with clients.
