We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, meet customers, develop relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Meet potential customers and explain our products/services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities.
Submit regular sales and field-visit reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and service.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of field sales experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and customer conversion.
Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
