SD Group Neat Lounge is looking for a responsible and organised Front Office & Operations Staff member to handle daily front-office activities and monitor the laundry work process.
The ideal candidate should be valuable at handling customers, billing, counting garments, updating orders and ensuring that orders are completed within the promised time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front-office operations and customer communication
Prepare bills and update order details accurately
Receive and verify laundry orders
Sort and count garments carefully
Maintain accurate piece counts at different stages of the laundry process
Monitor washing, ironing and other daily work
Follow up on orders and pending work
Ensure orders are completed within the promised deadline
Identify and report missing or mismatched garments
Maintain daily records and operational updates
Coordinate order handover and delivery
Maintain proper workflow and cleanliness in the work area
Requirements
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle billing and data entry
Valuable attention to detail, especially while counting garments
Responsible and punctual
Ability to follow up on work and meet deadlines
Freshers are welcome to apply
Previous experience in front office, retail, hotel, laundry or similar work will be an advantage
Job Details
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience will be an advantage
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
North Kalamassery and nearby areas preferred
