Positive knowledge of php/mysql.
Working knowledge in CMS such as joomla/ drupal/ wordpress/ oscommerce and able to customize existing websites.
Must be able to quickly understand already written php code, and debug/fix it.
Valuable knowledge of xhtml/css/javascript.
Desired:
Nice to have JQuery/AJAX knowledge.
Nice to have experience in PHP frameworks like CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend.
