Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across multiple business units. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling high-impact roles, solid stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and execute scalable hiring strategies. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a world-class candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across diverse functions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social channels, networking, and market mapping.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct thorough screening, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1 - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in [industry].
Strong experience with up-to-date ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Proven ability to fill senior or niche roles in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market trends.

Nice-to-Have
Experience working in a high-growth or multinational setting.
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
