Sanskriti India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across leading e-commerce platforms including eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales activities on eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
Handle customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues.
Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Manage product listings, pricing, and basic catalog updates.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Requirements
Previous experience in e-commerce sales is preferred.
Knowledge of eBay, Etsy, and Shopify is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
