Role :- RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Are you someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, generating business, and turning prospects into long-term clients?

We’re looking for Relationship Managers to join our Direct business team.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Generate and manage leads through retail distribution and referrals
Drive BTL activities and expand the prospect pipeline
Connect with prospects through digital and social platforms
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Follow up with prospects and manage leads through the LMS/VYMO
Ensure smooth policy issuance and complete procedural requirements
Service existing customers and manage renewals & persistency targets

What we’re looking for:
-Graduate
-0.6–2 years of experience
-Minimum 6 months in life insurance sales,



retail banking/channel management, DSA relationship, or related experience
-Solid customer orientation & interpersonal skills
-Valuable communication and negotiation skills
-Comfortable working on digital platforms

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
