Key Responsibilities
Own projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Track project progress against timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations.
Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and constraints and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
Manage changes in project scope, priorities, requirements, and timelines through proper change-control processes.
Ensure effective allocation and utilization of project resources.Work closely with technical, business, operations, QA, and other teams to resolve project-related challenges.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet agreed requirements and quality standards.Maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, meeting minutes, risk registers, and closure reports.
Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management with recommended actions.Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.




Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned for future projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5–6 years of total qualified experience, preferably with relevant experience in project management or project delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project life cycles.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Robust stakeholder and client management capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
Solid leadership and team-coordination skills.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management practices.
Civil background/Electrical engineering background is preferable

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
