We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support our testing and calibration laboratory operations. The role involves customer communication, documentation, data entry, report preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with customers and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and understand their testing and service requirements.
Coordinate with customers regarding testing, samples, documents, quotations, and reports.
Prepare and maintain customer and laboratory-related documents.
Work on MS Word and MS Excel for documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Prepare and update Excel sheets, trackers, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and testing requirements.
Coordinate with the technical/laboratory team regarding customer requirements and testing status.
Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending documents or information.
Check documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper filing and records of customer-related documents.
Assist in day-to-day office and documentation activities.
Escalate technical queries to the concerned team member when required.
Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / related engineering field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn laboratory processes and technical documentation.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
