Role Overview

Lead the planning, design, and coordination of academic, administrative, residential, and support facilities as part of a large-scale university campus master planning project.

Key Responsibilities
Lead concept design, schematic design, and design development.
Coordinate with university authorities and project stakeholders.
Prepare and review design presentations, reports, and architectural drawings.
Mentor and guide junior architects.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and design standards.
Contribute to campus planning, redevelopment strategies, and design frameworks.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, including structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure teams.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution (Master's degree preferred).
7–10 years of skilled experience.
Experience in educational, institutional, healthcare, public sector, or large campus projects.
Robust design, planning, presentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Revit preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
