Lead and provide design direction for interior projects.
Develop and review concepts, layouts, material selections, and design details.
Prepare and conduct client presentations and communicate design concepts clearly.
Review and check drawings, design documents, and detailing prepared by the team.
Mentor and guide Interior Designers and Associates.
Conduct regular site reviews to ensure design intent and quality are maintained during execution.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams regarding design requirements and detailing.
Review materials, finishes, samples, and mock-ups to ensure they meet the approved design.
Coordinate with the Planning, Procurement, and Execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Identify design issues at an early stage and provide practical solutions.
Ensure design quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of deliverables.
Support the team in resolving client and site-related design requirements.
