We are looking for – TENDER EXECUTIVE

Exp- Min 2 years - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and monitor relevant government, PSU and private tenders across India.

● Handle tenders through GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals.

● Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, BOQs and commercial conditions.

● Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance statements and required documents.

● Coordinate with management, suppliers and other stakeholders for quotations and documentation.

● Coordinate pricing and ensure accurate and timely bid submission.

● Monitor corrigenda, amendments, clarifications and tender deadlines.

● Coordinate EMD, tender fees, BG/PBG and other requirements, where applicable.

● Follow up on tender evaluation, negotiations, results and purchase orders.

● Maintain tender records and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration,



Management or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on tender management experience.

● Practical experience with GeM, CPPP and e-procurement portals.

● Experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids.

● Positive knowledge of BOQs, tender compliance and documentation.

● Solid MS Excel skills.

● Positive communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tenders independently.
