Mandatory Requirements:

8+ years of overall experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing Joint GTM initiatives and complex Partner/Alliance Ecosystems.

Must have worked as a Lead with at least 2 of the following technology alliances:

Amazon

DMTSP

Google

Salesforce

ServiceNow

Adobe

Anaplan

Cisco/Splunk

IBM

Informatica

Oracle

SailPoint

SAP

Workday

Anthropic

CrowdStrike

Databricks

NVIDIA

OpenAI

Palo Alto Networks

Ping Identity

Snowflake

Palantir

Robust knowledge of alliance strategy, partner programs, and GTM execution.

Experience with governance, project management, and alliance operations.

Strong knowledge of CRM, Power BI/Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, and KPI reporting.

Hands-on experience with partner portals, deal registration, MDF, incentives, and certification tracking.





Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Solid attention to detail and compliance.

Ability to work across multiple geographies and business functions.

Must-Have: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Project Management experience.

PMP Certification.

Experience in automation and process optimization.

Experience working with global/U.S.-led alliance teams.

Must Check:

Total experience: 8+ years?

Alliance/GTM experience: 5+ years?

Lead experience with at least 2 listed alliances? Which two?

Partner operations: MDF + Deal Registration + Partner Portal + Certifications?

Analytics: Power BI/Tableau + Excel + CRM reporting?

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
