Job Description:

We are hiring skilled Assembly Operators to join our shop-floor team in Chennai. You will play a crucial role in assembling mechanical sub-assemblies, industrial machinery, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) strictly according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly of machine parts, gearboxes, actuators, pneumatics, and structures as per engineering drawings.
Strictly follow company safety guidelines, 5S practices, and quality control standards on the shop floor.
Support testing, trial runs, and factory commissioning activities alongside senior engineers.
Identify fitting discrepancies and coordinate with the shop-floor supervisor for immediate rectification.

Requirements:
ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter trade preferred.
1 to 3 years of hands-on shop-floor experience in heavy machine assembly or industrial tool building.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
