Tabsons India is a growing manufacturing organization engaged in the manufacturing of *electrical and electronic products, sheet metal components, panels and related engineering solutions.

What are we looking for ?

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant cum a CMA who can take ownership of the company's overall financial function and work closely with our Production, Purchase, Stores, SCM and Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function*.

Manage funding, cash flow and working capital* requirements.
Handle banking relationships, CC/OD, BG/LC and other financial facilities.

Monitor receivables, payables, inventory and working capital cycle*.

Take ownership of manufacturing/product costing* and cost control.

Work closely with the Production Team* on production costs, labour/wages, overtime, material consumption, wastage and scrap.

Analyse BOM costing, production variance and manufacturing overheads*.

Prepare and monitor MIS, P&L;, profitability and variance reports*.
Monitor product-wise/job-wise costing and profitability.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and SCM for inventory and cost control*.
Lead budgeting,



forecasting and financial planning.
Ensure effective internal financial controls and compliance.

Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance and audits*.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

Solid manufacturing industry exposure

Hands-on experience in costing and working capital management

Experience in fund management and banking

Robust understanding of manufacturing cost structures

Experience working with Production/Plant teams

Knowledge of inventory, BOM, WIP, RM, FG and production costing

Solid MIS, Excel and ERP knowledge

Ability to independently manage Finance & Accounts and work directly with Management

Preferred Industry Background:

Sheet Metal | Electrical | Electronics | Engineering | Auto Components | Industrial Manufacturing
