Sales ManagerAbout the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take leads from enquiry to booking and drive sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients at the project/site or office.
Understand the client's requirements and recommend the right apartment or plot.
Explain the project, apartment/plot details, pricing, payment plans, and key USPs.
Conduct regular follow-ups and sales calls.
Generate and set up your own appointments.
Work with appointments generated by the Pre-Sales team.
Handle client visits and take ownership of the entire sales/closing process.
Negotiate, resolve client concerns, and convert prospects into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Travel locally as required for client meetings and site visits.

Requirements
Prior experience in real estate sales / direct sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, client meetings, and closing.
Own vehicle is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Strong target orientation and a hunger to generate sales.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
