Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software.
Solid skills in architectural design, space planning, and preparation of working drawings.
Ability to develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings.
Good understanding of construction details and materials.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and project coordination.
Responsible, organized, and capable of managing assigned tasks independently.
Creative mindset with robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and contribute to projects from concept development through execution.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in architectural design and planning of residential and commercial projects.
Prepare drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
Develop 3D models and visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams as required.
Support project execution and site-related activities when necessary.
