Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Prepare Continental dishes and pizzas as per standard recipes.
Handle pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and baking.
Complete daily mise en place before service.
Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation.
Follow proper food hygiene, safety, and storage standards.
Keep the workstation and kitchen clean and organized.
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient handling.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and senior chefs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
