HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to independently manage HR Operations and Talent Acquisition for a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring through job portals, networks, and referrals.
Prepare offer letters, freelancer agreements, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, salary slips, HR records, and employee data.
Handle employee communication, engagement, retention, and basic grievance management.
Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and SOPs.
Coordinate manpower requirements with Photography, Editing, Customer Support, Back Office, and other teams.
Take ownership of building a structured HR function and eventually a larger HR team.





Requirements
7–10 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations & Recruitment.
Excellent communication, organisation, and people-management skills.
Solid process orientation and ability to work independently.
Experience in bulk hiring and HR documentation.
Stable career history and good tenure with previous organisations is strongly preferred.
