We are seeking an Architect with an interest and aptitude for urban design to work on public projects across the country. This is an chance to contribute to large-scale, complex projects such as waterfront developments, street design, and campus master planning.
Responsibilities:
Develop concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in line with HCP's design philosophy and standards.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams within the office.
Collaborate with consultants, specialists, and advisors to integrate their inputs while preserving the design intent.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor project progress, and ensure design adherence.
Prepare explicit and compelling presentations and reports to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and applicable norms throughout the design process.
Establish project timelines and consistently meet deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required)
Experience:
1–3 years in architecture or urban design practice.
Skills (Mandatory):
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
Strong graphic and presentation abilities.
Cooperative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
