We are looking for a highly observant and visually skilled Visual Design Reviewer with a strong background in Arts and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, composition, and visual consistency. The ideal candidate should be versatile in sketching and possess the ability to identify even minor glitches, inconsistencies, and quality issues in designs, visuals, layouts, and creative materials.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts (BA) or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with a background in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, or related fields may be preferred

Experience:
Experience in visual design, art, creative review, graphic design, quality checking, illustration, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with robust artistic ability, sketching skills, and exceptional visual observation may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and examine designs, sketches, graphics, layouts, images, and visual presentations.
Identify visual errors, inconsistencies, alignment issues, color mismatches, proportions, spacing, and other design glitches.
Should have good understanding of color theory and color temperature while reviewing visual materials.




Conduct detailed quality checks of creative and visual outputs before final approval. Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers and creative teams.
Ensure consistency in colors, fonts, proportions, layouts, visual elements, and design standards.
Use strong observational skills to identify minor details that may be overlooked by others. Review designs from the perspective of the end viewer/audience and assess their overall visual impact.
Maintain records of design observations, corrections, revisions, and approvals where required.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Arts, Drawing, Sketching, and Visual Composition.
Good understanding of color theory, color temperature, contrast, and color harmony.
Robust ability to identify design flaws and inconsistencies.
Valuable understanding of proportions, perspective, balance, spacing, and alignment.
Good aesthetic sense and visual judgment.
Ability to identify small details and discrepancies with high accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
